- Mid Session transfers/attachments/deployments should be avoided.
- Minimum stay period of a teacher/master must be 2 years at one place and maximum up-to 5 years.
- Physically handicap employees must be given some relaxation while adjusting him to any post.
- Husband and wife if both are working couples should adjust in the same or nearby area.
- If due to unavoidable circumstance an employee is needed to be transferred, it must not be done without the proper permission from the higher authorities/concerned Education Minister of the state.
- There is a way out that if after confirmation these RReT should be transferred vacating the post which can also be helpful in engaging the next qualified educated person on that post as ReT there. This will also help in solving many problems like curbing the unemployment, stress and mental strain due to working at same place from past more than 10 years and also do not pose too much extra financial burden by recruiting the teacher through SSRB.
